Ba moin en tibo is a biguine of Guadeloupian origin.
Though its author was not quite famous, the song was remixed by the Guadeloupian singer Gérard La Viny, and subsequently by La Compagnie créole, in 1976.
The lyrics are in Creole: ba moin means "confer me", in other words "give me" (ba comes from old French (confer = give), and en tibo means "a gentle kiss, a peck".
The chorus is translated thus: “Give me a kiss, two kisses, three kisses, darling; give me just anything you want that can be a solace to my heart.” Darling, won’t you?
