"Twinkle, Twinkle Lucky Star" is a song co-written and recorded by American country music artist Merle Haggard. It was released in November 1987 as the first single from the album Chill Factor.

It is the adventure of a lover separated from the one that he loves  and that asks her good star to deliver her a message of love.
